"Staff really helpful, food was good and room was clean. The room was very warm and not great ventilation. I had to request a fan at reception and although it took a while for one to be found the staff were very helpful."

"Hotel is very nice but website and booking very misleading.. photos and name suggests spa facilities available for all but hotel guests do not get use of the spa and is actually an addition (which we were totally unaware of). When trying to add the spa to the booking, we were told it was fully booked!! ..."
