"The room was clean but there were dirt smudges on the walls of the bathroom and some hair so not the greatest clean.
Aside from that, this hotel was great- rooms were lovely, breakfast was fantastic with eggs bacon etc. We had rooms with river views that were just lovely and you can crack the window open for fresh air. Outside was a fantastic walking path that we made use of. Staff was very accommodating and there was even a convenience “store” in the lobby. Overall hotel was wonderful just...

"The toilet was broke and constantly running. The refrigerator sounded like it had an ice machine in it and kept us all night. House keeping knocked on our door at 8:40 am. We didnt answer, but they let themselves into the room. Completely unacceptable!! When I called the front desk to complain all they said was ok. Not even an apology."

"The hotel was nice, but it was hard to get to from where TriMet let us off. The room was clean and comfortable but the exterior doors looked like someone had tried to whitewash them with thin paint, making them look like they were under renovation. Staff were excellent."

"I guess they really dont clean that much like vacuuming and wiping because there is a very dry bones of I dont know that is so visible beside the minifridge. And I found small earring in the floor. The breakfast is not much to choose but it can be filling. But the thing is, we only stayed for a night but why we need to endure on the dirt that supposed already been clean. I was traveling with just my daughter and I and decided it wasn’t safe for us to stay there. We didn’t even check in so I can’t say what the interior of this location is like.
