"This was the best VRBO experience we have had. This is really a "spa like" home. The owner has really done everything possible to make this a relaxing and comfortable space. The hot tub was great as was the infrared sauna and salt rooms. Great location to all Finger Lakes and wineries. Hiking trails are everywhere. So close to Watkins Glen but still is a rural setting. Absolutely recommend this location."

"We had an amazing stay at this property! It had everything we could ask for! It was extremely clean and very well stocked. Nathaniel even gave us coffee pods and creamer, toilet paper and hand soap. The fenced in yard was great for our two dogs and Nathaniel thought of everything because he even had dog bowls there in case we forgot ours. We didn’t end up needing them, but it was nice to know that it was there in case we did need it. This was a perfect spot to stay at the top of Seneca Lake...

"Very clean older home lovingly restored. A few quirks (example one step was a few inches longer that was unexpected), a mix of modern and old charm. The location is across from an ice cream/grill - we didn’t try it but did try the bbq place recommended by the host and it was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised to see our host provided eggs, bagels, oatmeal, waffles (freezer) and snacks. We selected the main bedroom which had plenty of space. "Lovely house with plenty of space for a family. Location was great to downtown Ithaca and to explore the waterfalls and lakes. The S’mores and campfire was a nice touch!"

"It's a very comfortable house. We had adequate facilities for our large group. It's conveniently located to town and all the other facilities the Finger Lakes has to offer. It helped that we had beautiful weather but it was a great choice to stay. "

"What an amazing, cozy home. Exactly what we were looking for while visiting Skaneateles and visiting our son at Syracuse University. House was very clean and loved the open window room layout in the kitchen and family room. Beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect. Owner was a pleasure to deal with. Hope to be back soon. "The location is right by Ithaca college, yet still just 10 minutes from Cornell University. There are 2 buildings, each with 2 side-by-side units set on a large property with a separate area for each building. Each unit has it's own outdoor seating with privacy fencing on the back of each building to separate the yards.
