Pico F305, wonderful updated unit with ski on ski off access to Pico Mountain.

Located just steps away from the lifts at Pico, this beautifully renovated 3-bedroom. 2-bath is perfect for your get away to the Green Mountains of Vermont. Everything is new including all the furnishings. One of the bedrooms has a king bed, the other a king and the third room has two sets of bunks and is the perfect place for the children or singles. The open living area with a wood burning fireplace is a great place to relax and unwind during your visit. There is also a great system to dry your boots. (please note this unit has NO AIR CONDITIONING)

The Village Square at Pico Condo Association is a family-oriented community primarily used by owners and committed to the peaceful, safe and quiet enjoyment of their residences. While the Association allows rentals and encourages guests to enjoy their visit, they have implemented certain rules related to the use and enjoyment of the units. These rules allow the Association to issue fines and take other actions particularly as it relates to the enforcement of the minimum age requirement of 25, "Quiet Hours" from 9pm until 8am and their no pet policy. The Association will try to resolve issues through the owner or rental agency in the first instance but reserves the right to take action in real time as circumstances require. In short, please respect your neighbors while you are a guest in these condos.

Great location, clean place

Really enjoyed our stay. I loved the wood-burning fireplace. It was great and provided a cozy end to a long ski day. The proximity to the lodge cannot be beat. Same with the location to the left. Will be back.
