"We could not have been happier with our stay. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. Beds were so comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and more! We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning and hot tub was perfect in the evenings. Walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. This was a luxury rental! We could have stayed for weeks! We’ll definitely be back if we come to OBX again. "

"The location was the best part of this property. It is right by the beach and only a few minute walk will get you to the shore. The cleanliness is the biggest issue with this property. The property was filthy especially the kitchen and bedroom areas. The bed sheets had a horrible musty smell to them. The bed is also very uncomfortable and possibly broken. The utilities all worked fine in the kitchen but nothing was cleaned properly."

"The apartment was incredibly clean and tastefully furnished. The kitchen was well-stocked. There were plenty of towels and hot water. The deck is huge, although "Ocean views from deck" is slightly misleading - I could see the ocean on the horizon through a gap in the trees only when standing. The apartment is about a mile from the beach, where we found convenient beach access with abundant parking. Our host, Artim, did a great job communicating with us before, during, and after our trip.
