"You are close to everything! The place is exactly how it is listed, well, it actually better. The back patio overlooking the golf course is beautiful. The sunsets were amazing. They have a book with all sorts of things to do and places to eat. We were in town to potentially move to Longview, and this trip helped make that decision. Thanks for the hospitality!"

The only thing I really didn't like was the fact that we didn't get to the property until after 10:30 pm and ask for a late check out and was told it would be $75 and we would must be out by 2 pm. "The home was very clean, brand new, well appointed and the surrounding area was nice and quiet - on a street with all new houses. Flexible arrangement with 4 bedrooms, two sharing a bath and two with their own bath. All rooms king beds or double queens in one of them (that one has its own bath). "We booked this house for our stay for viewing the total eclipse in Tyler, TX. Communication with the host was quick and easy. We ran into no issues. The house itself is so quaint! A historic cottage feel with the nicest decor touches, very comfortable beds, and very clean/updated bathroom. Highly recommend for a small family, girls trip, or a couples’ getaway!!"

"This is a very nice townhouse. Nice furnishings, good towels & sheets, well appointed kitchen, good location. HOWEVER: Long black hairs in both tubs . . . Long black hairs on the tile floor . . . Long black hairs in the bed . . . This is the second time we’ve stayed and immediately upon check in we had to find the vacuum and clean up the long black hairs throughout. Otherwise, it’s a nice place."
