New Owners, remodeled February 2025! Leinaala Oceanfront #105 is a fully furnished 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo that sleeps six, featuring two king beds and a sleeper sofa. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic ocean views, the West Maui Mountains, and stunning year-round sunsets. Watch whales from your lanai with your morning coffee during whale season. This unit is equipped with smart TVs for your streaming entertainment. The property also features an oceanfront pool and provides access to public tennis courts right in front of the condo.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.
Leinaala is a small 24 unit oceanfront property with panoramic views. Each unit faces the ocean. Leinaala has a relaxed and private atmosphere with a great feeling of the aloha spirit. Beachside tennis courts are available for use

Perfect everything!

Coming from Big island with my family of 6 it was the perfect stay all around. Location and comfort was on point. A/C king size beds and a full kitchen, couldn’t ask for any better. The best part was being able to walk to the beach straight from your patio. Definitely will be looking forward to staying again.

Excellent Stay

The place was clean and comfy with beach supplies and other amenities provided. The pool was great. The ocean is literally a two second walk which is great in the morning and evening for watching the sun. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen ware. Overall a great stay.

Perfect for Sunsets

We had a wonderful time staying here. The location is great as it is a ground floor unit with a large grassy park and the beach a short minute walk. Great spot to watch an amazing sunset on the back lawn. Perfect for bird watching in the morning. The beach here is not the best for swimming or snorkeling as there are alot of rocks and broken corals in the water. Still a nice beach to sunbathe on. The kitchen had an ant problem. Could not leave any food out or dishes in the sink for very long or the ants would take over. Called property management to ask about lack of laundry soap twice and never got a call back. There were 4 of us and only one towel per person so plan on doing laundry as there are no extra towels in the unit besides beach towels. Overall great stay and would recommend.

Family Reunion

This condo was great as we had family in adjacent condos and we could easily visit each other. Condo was clean, neat, well appointed with kitchen items. The terrace view of sunsets was spectacular. The rental office was very accommodating.

Great central location, easy to drive around Maui from here. I wish the town was more pedestrian friendly, but the condo was comfortable and well equipped for our week. The pool and beach were great, right out the back door.

Hawaii vacation

We had the amazing pleasure of staying in kihei for our maui trip and this place is perfect. It isn’t too far from Weilea, Lahaina, or the airport. This place allows you to feel more like a local than a tourist and has great spots to dine and turtles right on the beach! Would definitely stay again there rather then the other more touristy spots. They also did great with accommodating early check in.

Thank you for the nice experience. The location of the apartment is great. The apartment was clean and everything was very well prepared. The arrival and key handover worked great. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your vacation. We felt very comfortable. From breakfast on your own terrace you can go directly to the beach, which is about 100 m away, or you can cool off in the pool next to the terrace. The kitchen has all the amenities you need for cooking. For a great day at the beach, everything you need is on site, whether it's a sun lounger or parasol. Thanks a lot for this.

Great place to stay

Location was great, close to everything but a bit down from all the busyness. Very easy check-in and nice having an assigned parking stall as close parking is very limited there. Awesome having the pool, which was very well maintained. The place was really clean the one thing I would note is the dishwasher didn't clean the dishes very well. It seems the dishwasher needs a good cleaning. It was great having AC in the big bedroom. The second bedroom definitely needs it as well. There were fans but all they really did was push the hot air around. I thought it was odd there wasn't any cupboard space for our food. Not a big deal I just I like to have everything put away behind closed doors. We just put our stuff on top of the fridge and microwave. It was really great having they beach chairs and a sun umbrella (loved the style of umbrella because it actually stayed in the ground which is hard to find one that does). My really big issue with the place is the "starter pack". When I go on holidays I don't want to think about running out of toilet paper, paper towel or dishwasher tabs. It really baffles me, do they really think I'm going to overuse or take any extra toilet paper rolls. If you must have a set limit of what you provide then I feel you need to take into consideration length of stay (ex: 3 days vs 10 day stay) and stock accordingly. Overall would highly recommend this place!

We have enjoyed our stay. Only thing first day when we checked in we felt like some kind of smell in the property, but next day when we opened windows fresh air, we were okay. The ocean front view was excellent, whenever we wanted to we could go out to beach and relax. Overall it is great. Thank you.
