"Amabilidad total en todo el personal de el hotel. Especialmente recepción , ayuda como guía de turismo com claridad y exactitud no ayudó a confirmar el costo de servicios de transporte con taxis y motos,y lugares que teníamos predeterminados para dirigirnos a ellos.por tener vuelo nocturno nos permitieron hacer chekout con muchas horas sobre el horario normal.., "

"Great location in a safe, clean, leafy green, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the Central Business District of Kigali. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the huge buffet breakfast in the lush garden setting is wonderful. I ate dinner at the restaurant at least 4 times while in Kigali, and each night it was very nice, with wonderful menu choices, attentive staff and a relaxing dining atmosphere. "They are currently shifting to the place across the street, so things are bit haphazard as they make the change. They did switch us to a different room when our key wasnt working. They also worked very hard to accomodate us in other ways. Overall good experience. "
