"We heard great reviews for this hotel from friends in Manado, so we booked a room for our stay. I’m giving five stars because I believe my friends. However, a volcano meant that our flight turned around 30 minutes before we were supposed to land in Manado. We couldn’t use our reservation. I wrote to Expedia and the hotel to cancel the reservation. Expedia said they couldn’t refund the money because they needed to first receive the consent of the hotel and the hotel didn’t respond the hotel...

"Very good mattress, spacious and clean room and bathroom. High ceiling and decoration makes it really cozy. The breakfast is good offering fruits, western and indo dishes and eggs. Internet wasn’t that reliable. We stayed 2 nights there, the second we had a drunk neighbor that was really noisy at 3:30 a.m. That made us noticed that there’s a noise isolation issue at the rooms, you can even hear the TV sound from next door. So if your neighbor is quiet and polite you won’t have any issues."

"THIS was an especially fun hotel because we were able to walk ALMOST all the way around it after a HUGE dinner which was a RAMADAN special of all you can eat! for TEN bucks! all the local foods so you could taste them and know what you were ordering next time at a redstaurant. food dishes were names in the buffet! they also had some 4 wheelers you could ride in the ajacent lot and also some cool electric go karts for $3.00 for 15 minutes and they were really FAST! crazy for electric...

"Wir kamen zu dritt (Erwachsene) an und so war das Zimmer auch gebucht und man gab uns ein Zimmer mit nur einem Bett. Das Zimmer war auch sichtlich zu klein für ein Zustellbett. Die Kommunikation gestaltete sich dann nicht so einfach um ein anderes Zimmer mit einem zusätzlichen Bett zu bekommen. Weiß nicht wie die sich das vorgestellt haben oder ob man einfach nicht mitdenkt. Ein Angestellter war sehr bemüht uns zu helfen auch beim Abendessen dann. Ich denke, dass sie dort nicht so oft...
