"Very good mattress, spacious and clean room and bathroom. High ceiling and decoration makes it really cozy. The breakfast is good offering fruits, western and indo dishes and eggs. Internet wasn’t that reliable. We stayed 2 nights there, the second we had a drunk neighbor that was really noisy at 3:30 a.m. That made us noticed that there’s a noise isolation issue at the rooms, you can even hear the TV sound from next door. So if your neighbor is quiet and polite you won’t have any issues."

"Staff helpful polite and kind. Safety taken seriously also. Food was really great, a mix of local Indonesian food as well as western choices. I stuck with the indo food, it was fantastic. "Nice hotel in central Manado, with friendly managemant. Had big problem because Expedia did not pay the bill. The hotel could not arrange it. I had to do a lot of correspondence and the responses from expedia came very slow. Hotel was ok, Expedis a nightmare."

"The villa we booked was not available when we arrived. I had booked and paid months earlier and was extremely upset. The gave us a new duplex which smelt of cement and the shower flooded.
