"Meanest hotel stay ever. Thin towels, one robe, 10% left on the toilet tissue that was also cheap and thin. Warm not hot water. Surely receptionist and breakfast not as advertised [picture of cooked breakfast] was lobby coffee, buns, fruit. No butter. One english tea sachet in room. Paper or plastic plates and cups. Plastic is not eco friendly.
Upside, the room was spottlessly clean. Very expensive for cheap [as in quality) accomodation. "

"I liked that it gave me some good walking to the heart of Ballard, it was a sweet little spot, very clean good communication, street parking was cramped and busy but that is city life. "

"We enjoyes our staying at Grand Hyatt, the Service is great, location is key since you can go in walking distance everywhere. The bed was also enjoyable. Only the view would have been better in higher floor, since 10th has an external section for AC output and it is an obstacle for city view."

The inside bar is incredible, as is the bar on the roof! They’re still working out some kinks in the restaurant but they took ownership of the delays and comped our entire meal which was more than appreciated! Valet was also a bit slow to bring our car but nothing too inconvenient. I will now stay here every time I...
