  • Natural light and lagoon views welcome you into this comfortable, second-level, one bedroom villa. Situated right in the popular East Beach neighborhood, this location is unbeatable. A perfect getaway spot!

    This villa sports an open concept living area, comfortable seating, and a flat screen TV. Easy access to the fully equipped kitchen allows for this villa to make the most of the space. The back screened in porch is just off the living room for you to take in the sights and sounds of the nature and lagoon. The kitchen has everything you might need while on vacation. The bedroom offers a king bed, TV, and a full bathroom access.

    Mariners Watch Villa's centralized location makes enjoying the amenities of the island a breeze. The 30 miles of bike trails extend all the way to Freshfields Village. Night Heron Park's green spaces and playgrounds are an easy stroll away. Kiawah Island's beautiful 10 miles of white sand beach is across the parking lot and down the boardwalk!

Things we loved about mariners watch:Very clean, lots of wildlife to watch on the back patio, biking trails access out front door, very short walk to the shore, view of water lagoon from back patio, villa has everything you need esp in kitchen and nothing you don’t-no junk, all white decor with clean lines, patio is perfect for coffee in the mornings, bike rack by front door, easy to bike to breakfast/lunch/dinner, 25 min bike ride to Freshfield grocery and shopping area, local ground coffee in kitchen, playing cards under tv, great tvs in sitting room and bedroom, comfy bed lots of pillows, listening to the wind blow the palm trees on the back patio is so peaceful Keep in mind: 2nd floor villa, no ocean view, no pool access, perfect for max two guests

Clean, well appointed, and great location!

This one bedroom property was in a great location at Marina Watch! We were able to enjoy the water to the back of the property as well as get to the beach with ease. Its location on Kiawah Island is great too! We were able to access all the restaurants and golf we wanted.

Perfect location

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this condo, and we have had a great experience both times. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything we need, and we loved sitting on the screen porch with our coffee while watching a heron hunting fish in the marsh below. The beach is a short walk away and the bike trail is right outside the door. Riding bikes is our favorite way to see everything on the island!

Wonderful stay…

The property was lovely, clean and cozy! I enjoyed mornings and evenings on the screened porch in front of the lagoon. The beach was just steps away and was wonderful for long walks every day. Kiawah is a slice of paradise and this unit was perfect to enjoy all it has to offer. I would definitely stay again.

Kiawah is a perfect place for hitting the beach, biking and kayaking! The bed was extremely comfortable and enjoyed being on the marsh. We saw an alligator, deer, and birds in the marsh. Thank you!

3 night stop over

Nicely furnished, comfortable bed. The listing suggested that beach chairs were included but none were found so bring your own if you are going to the beach. Short drive or walk to the Nest Market / Cafe at Night Heron Park which is convenient for groceries and or Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
