"Property was 90% clean and inviting. Linens, beds, floors, porch, appliances were all great. The small things we found: hair from previous guests still clogged on top of the shower drain; kitchen trash can liner had been replaced, but there was an old banana peel at the bottom; the kitchen counter had not been wiped off--there was dirt, sticky spots, and I found two small wood finish nails on top of the counter, that were hidden by the multi-colored finish of the countertop. "

"A nice unit that needs some TLC, but peeling paint, missing light bulbs, etc., are easy to fix. It would be helpful to have something like foil or wax paper in the kitchen. Location is very convenient to the beach."

"We booked the condo for our summer vacation and it was not up to expectations. The condo has a great location and view but is need of updating. The kitchen/laundry were updated with all new appliances which was very nice. The walls had scuff marks and need painting. The fixtures would benefit from updating. Some of the lights in bathrooms appeared to be missing covers. We had a few problems that detracted from the vacation. The A/C stopped working mid-week. We noticed it in the evening before...
