Very good hotel with a perfect location. I am also very happy with the staff at the front desk and the personel who welcome you upon arrival. In addition, I was helped to get tickets for an event in an excellent way. I will return to West End when I come back to Nice next time.

The room we stayed was outdated and although the towels are replaced, the bed wasnt made and we were not sure if the room/washroom were cleaned.
