Updated Townhome w/ Private Oversized Deck Offering Treed & Mountain Views!

This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse sleeps 11 with a king bed, queen bed, twin bed, and a twin-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle. It features a private one car garage, large deck, and private laundry. Updated condo with mountain style decorations, perfect for your mountain get-a-way! The spacious deck offers beautiful treed views with mountains peaking through, and with the resort shuttle picking up nearby you’re just minutes from the gondola, shopping, restaurants and festivities. Ski Tip offers shared amenities including a centrally located oversized hot tub and access to the Dakota Lodge pool/hot tub and amenities.

With entry through either the garage or front door, the large entryway has mounted hooks, two benches, and a closet for easy unloading. The living area features floor to ceiling windows that offer beautiful forest views and ample natural light. The Vaulted ceilings also lend a spacious feel to the living area. There is also a gas fireplace and a large flat screen TV with a sound bar. The cozy furnishings offer plenty of seating to enjoy the warmth of the fireplace and watch the snow fall during Winter. Just off the living area is access to the oversized deck. Guests can also take advantage of the patio table that seats six on the deck.

The full-sized kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. Additionally, this kitchen is stocked with household favorites including a Kitchen Aid Stand-Mixer, blenders, and a Kitchen-Aid drip coffee maker. This is the perfect kitchen for those who love to cook! There are plenty of seating options for those home cooked meals, the dining area features a wood table that can seat eight with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. On the main level is the first guest bedroom. The main level guest bedroom features private access to the balcony, a queen sized bed, and an en suite bathroom. The first primary bathroom features a walk-in shower and a second entrance for the main level guests to use. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Upstairs, guests will find three more bedrooms, including the primary suite. The spacious upstairs primary suite has a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding, a ceiling fan, and windows offering natural light. The en suite bathroom features double sink vanity, granite countertops, a jetted tub, and a separate shower with glass enclosure. The first guest bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle bed and a twin-sized bed. The second guest bedroom is next door and has a queen-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding. The upstairs guest bathroom has a double sink vanity, granite countertops, and a shower/tub combination.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

*Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.

Shuttle stop maybe 100ft away, 5min shuttle ride to base of River-Run. House was clean and kitchen was well equipped with dishes/cookware/etc.Great spot for family and/or friends looking to hit the slopes.

We've been doing family ski trips for quite a few years now and this has been the best place! The home is cozy, clean, and perfectly located at the bus stop which will bring you to the ski resort. We have a tradition of making dinner at the home each night. The kitchen is so well stocked that there were no difficulties in making three distinct types of meals. The weekend we went it was rather cold one day so Keystone was mainly closed up. The dining room table is great to play board games at and the living room comfortable to watch movies. Everyone loved it!

The orange shuttle route bus was the best!!!!!! The description that the condo was a SHORT STROLL to the village was deceiving…. Especially in the snow and cold. Unfortunately the dish washer needed repair. Otherwise, the condo was excellent inside and amenities.

Our group of 10 had a great time here while skiing at Keystone. The property is conveniently located (a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive from the River Run parking/gondola) and had plenty of space for us to relax, cook, eat, and sleep. We did find the heating unsatisfactory, in that the property was consistently far too hot inside despite freezing outdoor temperatures, and adjusting the thermostat lower didn't help. (Guidance from the owner was to open a window or door, which is both environmentally questionable and for security reasons isn't possible on the ground floor at night, especially when sleeping.) We hope the owner can address this and (and the few other maintenance issues we noted) for future guests.

The property is just as depicted on the website. There are plenty of cooking implements and dishes and glassware. The refrigerator was completely empty on arrival, so if you're hoping someone left some condiments behind, you're out of luck. The bathrooms were immaculate! The downstairs shower door sticks, and the stairs are really noisy. Those are my only 2 complaints. Beds were super comfortable. Fireplace puts out great heat. The condo has some games, and a selection of kids Dvds. We had a great stay, would recommend. Pro Tip: bring your own coffee.

This property was very nice and suited our two families very well. There was plenty of dishes and kitchen tools for us to make dinner for 9 every night. The only thing missing were pot holders so we had to use towels. The place is as described, feels even bigger than the pictures show. The best part was the front door area with the cubbies and hooks for all our ski clothing and shoes. Kept things accessible and convenient. A couple items to note, there was a thick buildup of ice in front of the house and garage that made it difficult to get in and out. Of course after I spent two hours working to clear some of it, a snowplow came the next day to clear the rest. I'm not sure if I could have called Summit to request that or not, but that was 5 days after we arrived, and it was clear the ice had been there a long time. There was a lot of snow out back, and a small hill that we sledded down on our first day. On the 4th day the kids went out again, this time without adults, and the neighbors across the way came out and told them to get off their property; which is funny given condos don't usually come with land. Someone clearly doesn't like that their neighbors rent out their condo. But we had a great time!

We had 4 adults and 3 children stay at the property in February 2023, and we were very pleased from all aspects. The unit was clean, had a beautiful view out the back windows, the beds were very comfortable, kitchen well-stocked with the appropriate tools/pans/etc needed, wonderful mud room area, and the shuttle pickup/drop off was across the street so very little walking. The walk to the hot tub was just a few minutes, and there are men’s and women’s locker rooms so you can walk home in warm/dry clothes. The check in process couldn’t have been easier (you go straight to the property), and any questions we had were swiftly answered via text by the management company. We would definitely book again.

The location was 15 minute walk to the lift. It was very clean and spacious. We were 6 adults and two kids 1.5 years old and was super comfortable. They supplied Pack N Plays for a fee. First day we even had a bull moose walk right up onto the back deck. Absolutely would stay again in a heartbeat. Kitchen was stocked with everything except condiments. Definitely take advantage of the humidifiers in the rooms. Very very dry. Enjoy

Our group was myself (mom) my son and six of his friends ages 19-21. This unit was perfect for our group! I took the main level room and the boys had the three rooms upstairs. Kitchen very well stocked. Unit is exactly as pictured and only a 2-3 min drive to drop them off at the mountain each morning. There is a shuttle stop and it’s definitely walkable as well. Would absolutely rent this unit again.
