We had gotten there late after working all day and driving through a snow storm to find there was no key card. Thankfully, the owners were quick to answer their phone and talk us through where to find another keycard. We were there Super Bowl Sunday and found the cable in the fam room didn't work. "Location and amenities were unmatched. We got a great price on the room. It was our first time to keystone and we enjoyed every day of it. Resort food is a little pricey as you should expect, but we didn’t get anything bad while we were there. Pizza, burgers, soup, ramen, tacos, and beer of course. Construction wasn’t far from us and didn’t bother us one bit. The previous hottub complaints confused me too, as they have 2 other hottubs available and we used one each night.
