The Space:
Yellowfin Ledge features a cozy layout with one comfortable queen bed and a small twin sleeper sofa, making it perfect for couples or small groups. Step out on the balcony and soak in the vibrant atmosphere of the main drag. Central air conditioning ensures your comfort after a day of exploration. This condo is also part of a larger home, Pescado Penthouse, allowing for group rentals if you're traveling with family or friends. Explore local attractions like the Ernest Hemingway House, just five blocks away, or stroll four blocks to relax at Southernmost Point beach.

Guest Perks:
Enjoy hassle-free check-in with our secure e-lock system. One small dog (30 lbs or less) is welcome for a nominal fee, making it easy to bring your furry friend along. Please note that parking is not available on-site.

Location and ease of use were fantastic, communication was excellent.The property itself could definitely use updates, new furniture and paint would help a lot. Also, the bird poop is a problem on balcony, looks like it needs to be cleaned more often.

The host was great. Even offered an early check since place had been cleaned and ready. We’ve stayed in Key West many times, but this by far was the best! The balcony overlooking Duvall was great. Looking forward to coming back!

Perfect place to stay. Literally overlooks the quiet part of Duval. Walk out and make a right and you will be in heart of old town. Place was perfect. Clean, comfortable and safe. Bed was comfortable. Sitting out eating breakfast on the balcony was excellent. Cold air, good shower. Will be back.

clean place with easy access to everything in key West. sleeper sofa not much to be desired but what sleeper couch is actually comfortable. queen bed in room is adequate but not luxury. for the price... worth every penny

Great location, surprisingly relaxed

Being on Duval we thought it was a bit of a gamble, but we liked the location. Turned out excellent, its on the quiet end of town, and even if there was commotion outside its silent inside. Very convenient,15-20 minute walk to north end of Duval, 5 minute walk to Southernmost point or a couple small beaches. Had everything we needed and was clean.

Exactly what was advertised

This cute property was extremely clean, had updated features, and kept the quaint feeling of Kay West. Near the quieter end of Duvall, it was the perfect property to be close to the action but still able to be peaceful. Small touches, such as folded TP and paper towel ends and a welcome envelope made the whole experience perfect. Check in process was a breeze. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

I feel bad giving a bad review of this place because the communication before and during from the property manager was great. It was very clean and well taken care of. However, I feel the need to express how incredibly LOUD it is in the room. the "door" that opens to the balcony is single pain glass and lets in every noise from outside. Literally, there is no difference between it being open and closed as far as noise goes. Since you are on Duval street, that's a lot of noise, especially on weekend nights. We were woken up/kept awake by car stereos, motorcycles, roosters crowing, general yelling and trash trucks (they pick up outside the window between 4 and 6 AM). It was impossible to sleep well. Additionally, on the balcony a pigeon had built its nest under the awning and had baby birds in it, so the balcony was covered in bird crap and basically unusable. Its a great spot near lots of shops and restaurants just know what you are getting into. If they replace the door and fix the nest situation it would have been a much better stay.

Excellent location, 10 to 15min walk from everything. No parking provided though, so the lot 1 block away may be your best economic option. Basic essentials are covered at a fair price.

Convenient location

We enjoyed our stay at Yellowfin Ledge. The room was clean and comfortable. We were able to check in a little earlier than 3 once the room code was changed, which enabled us to start our vacation a little earlier without having to worry about where to store our bags. The location is very convenient, but it's far enough south on the island that rowdy noise at night wasn't a problem. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Thank you Richard

Would definitely recommend!!

All we wanted in a small apartment, right on the main drag of Duval St. Could walk everywhere: the beach on either end of Duval, all the shops and restaurants we could fit in a week, Ernest Hemingway's home, the Butterfly Conservancy, the Lighthouse museum, etc. Felt absolutely safe. The balcony was a great people watching area while having coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. Communication with management was excellent.
