This room features 1 king bed and 1 queen pull out couch along with an ensuite full bathroom and balcony.
In room amenities - mini fridge, iron, ironing board and blow dryer.
Guest Access:
Our contactless check-in makes the process seamless. Guests will receive a personalized access code before arrival as well as code to the front door of both the Mansion & James House. Guests will also have direct contact to a local guest experience manager for any questions, needs or recommendations during their stay.
Guests have use of the property all day for luggage storage, parking, showers and pool access.

Fabulous location, amenities are great. So nice you can leave your luggage before check in. We will return. Loved the rocking chairs on front porch. Our only issue was the sofa bed was terrible, should be replaced IMO. It wouldn’t lay flat and was very uncomfortable. The description showed a trundle bed, so that was a bit disappointing.

Stayed here 3 nights. Great communication. They respond quickly and they let us get in early. They say you can call/text but no responses. Emailing was best. Excellent location. Free laundry even though it’s across the street. Nice shampoo etc. lots of towels and bedding.Didn’t realize the room was inside a big building with other occupants. I thought it was our own cottage. Which, made it noisy from our neighbors upstairs. We didn’t get the best sleep. It’s old and creaky. If you like that sort of thing then this is your spot. It wouldn’t hurt to have a deep clean. Maybe some upgrades/ fixing up. The bed could be upgraded it was very soft and had a deep indentation. The towels had lots of hair that we kept finding. The furniture was a bit dated and it didn’t fit well in the room, but that’s the look they are going for. It was a tight squeeze for 4 people. It’s a bit stuffy, no air flow. It could use some sort of ventilation in the bathrooms. Didn’t use the balcony, our upstairs neighbor threw their beer over the railing and almost dumped it on my husband. I think next time we will try a different place that fits us better.

Just what the Doctor ordered!
We had an absolutely wonderful time for 3 days in paradise! We’re already trying to plan our next trip! Renting a golf cart is a must. We enjoyed being so close to all the actions, but bring your earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. The roosters are as intense as the night life.
Our room was perfect and the pool was wonderful. Great restaurants are close by and shopping is great!
Do yourself a favor and get to Key West as quickly as you can!!

No television.
On the first day I called and left a message that both TV’s did not work. Nobody called back. On the 2nd day I called again and spoke with the office. Long story short, they never fixed the problem during our entire visit.
