A vacation paradise in the Florida Keys -
An oceanside townhouse in a gated community with 24 hour security.
Located at mile marker 100 in Key Largo - and short distance to John Pennekamp Park. Diving Capital of the World. Walking distance to restaurants and local sights.
This townhouse is fully furnished and can accommodate parties up to 9 guest. It has 3 floors with patios and balconies facing the front and back, overlooking a lushly-landscaped saltwater lagoon with sandy beach. It has a full kitchen with all the appliances, cookware, and dinnerware necessary to prepare your favorite meal.
Surrounded by wild life, tropical fish, beach, 2 pools, tennis and pickleball courts, Children's playground, BBQ areas, chickee huts, and so much more.

Key Largo Trip

The condo was nice and clean. Anna went out of her way, even having some pickleball paddles delivered to the condo. We enjoyed the Seafood Marketplace and Cafe down the road. We also like the proximity to John Pennekamp state park.The only suggestion I would have is the development could use a little sprucing up.

We loved our stay! There was plenty of space for everyone and the unit was updated, cute and clean! We especially loved that it was so well stocked! The beach toys, beach towels, beach umbrella, pool noodles and golf cart (and SO much more!) added an extra special touch to our stay!

Private Lagoon…..yes, please!

We loved our stay at Kewama. Such a cool place with a number of things to entertain ourselves and our kids. Fishing at the point, snorkeling in the lagoon with tarpon and parrot fish, riding the golf cart and bikes around the property, kayaks, SUP, the fun never ended. The condo is quiet, cozy and slept well also. Would highly recommend to those that like to stay and play!

Perfect for a family vacation

The condo and location for our family was perfect…3 families that included toddlers and elementary age children and grandparents. Boat slip within property made it very convenient for those wanting to fish and the lagoon beach was great for the toddlers. Condo was VERY well stocked as well

Loved it

My calves are tired from all the stairs but the unit was clean, had great living space, and was in a fantastic location. The resort/ club has a lot to offer. The golf cart was fantastic to go to the beach area but it's pretty walkable overall. Very responsive host. We had a great time, thank you!

Christmas in Key Largo

Sparkling clean. Lots of room on 3 levels. Great spot for little kids - pool, lagoon, ocean. Something for everyone. We hope to return next year. Anna always responded promptly to any questions asked.

Great Location

Anna and Tony went out of their way to make this a wonderful stay. I cannot say enough great things about Tatiana at the Security Gate as well. Make sure to bring some cat food to throw to the fish in the lagoon!

Nice Stay in the Keys!

Townhouse felt like home was well furnished with everything you need for a nice Florida Keys getaway. Close to many great restaurants and attractions that you don't need to drive real far and get to beat the local traffic. Would recommend if you need a nice home base to explore the beautiful surrounding area.

Bucket list trip

This was a family vacation with 11 enjoying the week. The Florida Keys were on our bucket list and the trip was incredible. Our condo was like being at home. Very comfortable, beautiful decorations and very accommodating. The property was beautiful the amenities were incredible and the golf cart was a life saver. The raccoons and the iguanas were entertaining. I can’t tell you how incredible your condo was to help our week be perfect. We will be back. The crazy Jaggears Bunch

Great Location in Key Largo

Our family had a great vacation in Key Largo. This condo was in the perfect location. The property is very clean, and there are many things to do to keep everyone entertained. We also enjoyed hanging out on the screened in porch facing the lagoon. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a beautiful island themed 3 level condo in Key Largo. Three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, screened balconies. Fully equipped including beach/pool toys, fishing equipment, bicycle, golf cart. Lush surrounding...2 pools, playgrounds. Immediate contact with owner. Would go here again!

The perfect vacation rental

This property is absolutely beautiful and the perfect location within Kawama- within just a few steps of the lagoon beach and the smaller pool. Our whole group enjoyed the thoughtfully furnished condo that gave us plenty of space to spread out. The well stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. Having access to a golf cart and kayaks was a huge plus. I’ve already booked our return trip next year, we all agreed we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

The house was so clean! It had everything we needed as far as living arrangements! Obviously, we had to supply our own food and stuff. The host was very gracious when it came to anything we needed or had concerns about! We LOVED it!! Such a cute little home!

Wonderful family stay

We had an excellent stay for the week of New Years. Grandparents, parents, and two young children (4 and 2) were able to enjoy this property. Our only hiccup is that we ran out of toilet paper but otherwise it was perfect. We want to come back again next year!

Great Property!

We spent Christmas here and loved the property. The Christmas tree was an added bonus! It is well stocked with all of The essentials plus a lot of extras, such as kayaks, SUP, grill and golf cart. It was a friendly area and we can’t wait to return!

Key Largo Fishing Trip

This property was perfect for our family. The kids had a blast in the lagoon just out of the back door and the property was centrally located to everywhere we needed to go. There were plenty of sleeping spots, a nice kitchen/family room for gathering, and the back porch was perfect for enjoying an evening cocktail. We look forward to returning to this property soon!

Great place to stay! Very clean! Loved the location..loved that is has a guarded entrance and the property manager was fantastic! Lots of things to do at the location, as well as, the surrounding area. Great overall experience… highly recommend!

Fantastic Vacation!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. Everyone had plenty of room and enjoyed the comfortable furnishings, screened balconies, and beachy decor.
