Enjoy the sunsets from any of these locations or walk just steps to any one of the popular viewing sites. Walk the other direction to the pool area or to the community room. All of this without getting into an elevator!

Like the stand-alone condos around the pool, with extremely well-kept grounds. Favorite is walking distance to numerous bars and restaurants.

Wonderful Stay

Deans townhouse was wonderful!It was very clean and comfortable. Dean was very responsive and helpful. The balcony was a beautiful place to relax while looking out at the water. It was a very peaceful and quiet condo. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Overall a very relaxing stay. Liked that we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and bars. Had some issue with the power while we were there which was not the owners fault and was rectified by the power company. Owner was always available to talk to.

We had a great stay at the condo we stayed at.. The place was nice and clean and the landlord was awesome and was great with communication. All the amenities were great… We give 5 stars across the board…

Great, quiet location

Loved the location. Condo is well outfitted. Complex is nice and quiet and easily accessible. Great sunsets on the boat dock. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful Townhome for a Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at Sunset Oasis. The property was wonderful - nicely furnished, lots of space, very comfortable beds, very well-stocked. We loved sitting out on the lanai and the balcony with coffee and enjoying a glass of wine out on the dock with neighbors watching the sunset. Everyone there is so friendly!

Relaxing stay, friendly neighbors, good restaurants near-by, beautiful sunsets, loved the screened in porch and the upstairs patio, and the list goes on!! Would definitely go back again and again!!

Nice condo

Convenient to most everything. Very nice condo. Lots of kitchen appliances and cookware. Washer and dryer a plus. The only negative is that the carpet on the stairs to the bedrooms needs to be replaced or cleaned. We would stay there again if we visit Key Largo. Dean is a very nice manager.

Outstanding Property!!

This was a great find! All of the descriptions and photos online are accurate. The townhouse was very clean, well stocked with bedding, towels and cooking utensils. We only used the one bedroom that had a nice balcony overlooking the marina but the second bedroom was just as nice if you need more space. One of the best things about our three week stay were the people…..a number of the guests mentioned it as well. It felt very welcoming which you don’t get at most properties. The owner Dean, was great! The air conditioning went bad while we were there and one call to Dean and the repairman was out there quickly to resolve the problem. Thank you again Dean for your fast response and providing a great place to stay!

Unit needs work.

The Moonbay complex is very nice and well maintained. This unit has a parking space that is at the building next door. It looks like the lot lines were drawn incorrectly since every other unit had parking next to it. The upstairs was clean and in good condition, but there was a lot of older bed linens and towels in closets that should be removed. The carpet on the stairs was dirty and coming loose at the bottom. The kitchen sink was rusted at the connection to the counter. The wall and entry door were extremely dirty. Some of the blinds were stained. The railings going upstairs were sticky and dirty. We notified the owner who was very cordial and concerned about the unit condition and said that he would try to get over to check the unit out. The screened in porch exterior needed a touch up. It’s a great location and could be a wonderful unit with a great view . Just needs work.

Host totally unaccessible

When we got there the in instructions was "ylif you don't have the code for the door, contact the property manager at xxx-xxx-xxxx phone number. The number rings directly to his voice mail and the text messages I sent to it has still not been read a week later. I found the code, we where also instructed to get a parking permit from the office that no one was at all week and there was no permits on the clip board. Also, they were painting the entire facility while we were there. We where trying to leave and someone had taped up the front door and we had to tair it open get out. No one told us this maintenance would be going on while we were there. We left and came back and the door was taped over again so we could not get in the room. Again,we tore it down so we could get in our room. I messaged the manager again and it has still not been read my h less replied to. The worst one of all was my wife and I where in bed on the 2nd floor master bedroom that has a sliding glass door that goes out side to a lovely balcony. 2nd floor remember, and someone knocks on the window and there was a painter on our 2nd floor balcony, you guessed it, taping it over so it could be painted. We where unable to use the balcony the rest of our trip and again management was totally unresponsive. We where supposed to have a reserved covered parking spot. I had this spot 2 of the 6 days we booked it for and the rest of the time, you guessed it, it was taped over. And again, no response fro
