Paradise Found- Scuba Divers-Boat Owners Welcome-Key Largo-Kampground

Charming 2 bedroom home in gated community. Newly renovated full size kitchen & bath, large refridgerator with ice maker, 5 burner stove top and oven. Wifi-cable & smart tv. Lot 168 is one of the largest lots, it has a spacious private patio area, with lush tropical foliage, Weber gas grill, and seating for 6. Great for dinner parties or just relaxing in the tranquil, beauty of the campground. Property has heated pool, boat ramp (additional small fee) laundry facilities, playground, and access to all amenities plus 2 small beach areas. The house is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals at home or enjoy the awesome local restaurants. Convenient location 1- 1/2 blocks to Publix, supermarket, TJ Max, Burlington Coat factory, liquor store, great restaurants, houses of worship, scuba diving, boating, fishing, John Pennekamp State park, and Dolphin experience. Local kayak company will deliver kayak to our beach for use in the mangroves, call for pricing.
You can bring a 25’ max boat to the marina.
There is a one time ramp access fee payable to the marina and slip rental avaialble by calling the marina and booking directly, first come first serve basis.
We have parking on property to accommodate the 25’ boat and parking for 1 car. All boat inquiries and payments are paid directly to the Key Largo Kampground marina.
They do not allow jet skis for rental guests.
This is a non-smoking home and no pets, you are allowed to smoke outside of the home. We have cameras in the back yard, in the walkway to the shed and at the driveway.

We have stayed in several units in this property. This one is the largest and most comfortable. Clean and well-appointed kitchen. The owner was very responsive. Kampground is clean, and we always rent a wet slip for the boat, which is awesome.

Weekend retreat

The property was very clean and the kitchen was extremely well stocked for cooking and preparing any meal! Plenty of family games to play and was an overall very comfortable setting for our family group of four. We enjoyed grilling swordfish and grouper with all the fixings! We would highly recommend this property definitely rebook here again.

Family vacay

Property is well maintained and good stay for those looking for camping experience in the Keys. Floor layout with 2 Queen bedrooms separated by kitchen and living space really nice feature. Beds were comfortable; nice portable crib for 2yr old. Inside dining, family room and outside picnic area an added bonus

Exactly as Advertised!

If you read the description in the listing, there won't be any surprises. Full kitchen with all you need for meal prep except the food and drink. I used their gas grill for all my meals as I am want to do while on vacation. Veronica the hostess was quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. The only thing I didn't a like was having to head home after a fantastic vacation in paradise.

Nice fishing trip

Had a great time. House was great and served us well. Brought boat and everyone was real nice. Nice campground. If you bring a boat note that marina does not have gas and it’s a couple of miles to the nearest gas on the water. Gas station on Main road is close by.

The Perfect Keys Experience

If you are a boater or just looking to Glamp it up for the week look no further. This property has all the amenities you could ask for and way too numerous to even begin to list. This was our second stay at the property and enjoy the pool, docks, boat ramp, snorkeling, sandbar and very short access to open water and all the best reefs. We love the keys and our 4 children look forward to this trip every year.

Key Largo Stay

The sheets in the 2nd bedroom on the 1st floor were dirty, the mattress was very hard. Have additional towels, extra comforter.
