"The flat provided everything we wanted for a very comfortable 4 night stay. It’s worth noting the exterior, accessed by a couple of flights of steps, belies the modern, spacious interior. The flat is well equipped throughout. A starter kitchen pack meant we didn’t need to pack any additional items and the hot drinks pack enabled us to have a cuppa on arrival. "The cottage is just far enough out of town, so as to avoid the crowds. But close enough for shops, restaurants and pubs etc"

"A very comfortable apartment with spacious accommodation and well equipped kitchen plus extras such laundry facilities. The lounge and dining area is good. The bedroom is large with very comfortable bed and everything needed. The bathroom is beautifully done with large walk in shower. The only observation I would make for the benefit of others is that the two sets of stairs might be tricky for some. Booking was easy and customer service excellent with friendly and helpful staff."

"The property is in an excellent location. Communication with Keswick cottages prior to our arrival and the information provided is also excellent. We were a party of ten and the accommodation was spacious enough for us all. The bedrooms are all a really good size and generally everyone agreed the beds and pillows were all comfortable. The bed on the 3rd floor was in need of some attention as it was a metal bed that was squeaky and had a lot of movement in the frame. The kitchen is well equipped...

"A really lovely little apartment, perfect for me, my husband and dog. Well equipt, lovely comfortable sofa and bed. Perfectly positioned for all the shops, bars and restaurants in Keswick and the car parking space was a bonus (albeit tight!) We will Definitely come back again :)"

"Spacious property, within walking distance of town. Did report that bins were overflowing outside with black bags piled high both on the floor and on top of the bins on two occasions (appeared bins had not been cleared for weeks). Some areas of 5he property were a little dusty otherwise clean. The kitchen is rather small for a property of its size making it a bit difficult to have more than one person using it at a time, and bath a bit tight to get in/out of. Beds comfy."

"We had a wonderful stay in this cosy, quiet cottage with plenty of space and everything you needed. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked but, you will need to bring any essentials salt and pepper, oil, etc. very nice pet welcome pack and packs of welcome with tea and cleaning items. There is a village shop nearby and several pub restaurants. There are a number of great walks on your doorstep from easy to more challenging without needing drive.. A beautiful area to explore so...

"Stayed at Elm Cottage a number of times as great location so don’t need to go out in the car as everything on the doorstep and you have a designated parking space. Only comment I would make is there are a number of excellent places to purchase food including the market but would like a bread knife that actually cut bread, and if that is sorted for our next stay next month that would be appreciated. The fact we have already booked again confirms a great place."

"Highly recommend this property in heart of Keswick. The property is finished to a very high standard immaculate and ideal for a stay with family or friends. The 2 parking permits that are allocated for the duartion of stay with choice of car park was great. Don't have any negative things to say. Thank you for a lovely stay."
