"Fantastic return stay. Clean rooms and excellent Sea Glass Bistro staff. One suggestion would be updating the large chairs in the hotel rooms and near the escalators whose fabrics is delaminating."

"They took a sizeable deposit for “incidentals” and said it would be returned within a day. It’s now been 5 days and it hasn’t been returned. I called the customer service number for that location six times and it always goes to the main corporate office in another state. They say they are transferring me to the hotel I stayed at but it’s just another corporate operator that can’t help me. I will NEVER stay at another Holiday Inn Express again!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Parking was good. Room clean, but small. No drawers for clothing, no closet, no chairs, just tiny stools, hard to keep towels dry as there were no towel racks. Refrigerator and microwave were convenient.OK for a day or two. When driving out from motel onto Highway 101, the South exit gives much better visibility of traffic during busy times."

"Hotel Sylvia is a themed experience. It pays homage to Sylvia Beach, who owned a bookstore in Paris at the start of the 20 century and knew luminaries such as Hemingway and James Joyce. Each room is either a literary genre or author. Our room was very pretty and stylish, But there was not enough space for our things and surfaces to put things on.
