"The privacy in our cabin was top notch. It was beautiful, clean and quiet with the decor providing a super cozy, snuggle up kind of vibe. There are 3 bathrooms! The one with a special seat was perfect for my 3-year-old grandson. He also enjoyed the small rocking chair provided which was just his size. "Property was booked and paid for through the VRBO site. We traveled 16 hours to get to our rental and was on the phone for 8 of those hours while driving trying to get the check in info which was never sent with my itinerary. I had to speak with 8 different customer service reps including 2 supervisors, all foreign and were very hard to understand. Some said they would call back and never did.The owner of the home was called, emailed and messaged several times by myself and VRBO over 24...

"Loved the location, close to historical downtown, museums and places to eat. Easy access to everything we were interested in doing! We had a great time in Fort Smith and this cottage worked perfect for us and our sweet elderly dog! The house was just as pictured, so clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more. Cathy provided us with lots of information before our arrival and afterwards to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again! "
