The airport shuttle driver was very helpful and friendly. Diana at the front desk was especially friendly and professional. Also, the breakfast was very good and there were many gluten free options. Thank you very much.

I’ve stayed at the Double Tree many times over the years, and has always been amazing. This time was less so. The check-in staff was unfriendly and not very helpful. Hyatt House Portland/Downtown
It was wonderful, slightly dirty, but nothing too serious. There was blemishes and hand prints on the walls/ windows or mirrors. The shower door wouldn't shut all the way. But other than that, I loved it
