"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented.
My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold.
Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back.
Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"The flat was rather 'tired' and needed work doing in a few places. It was, however, clean and the beds were comfy.The decking needed renewing as there were holes and rotten boards, making it a little unsafe to walk on.The flat was, however, ideally situated to get in and out of Oxford, with buses stopping outside it ."

"Manu is a very friendly and helpful host!
The flat is located in a close, so I was a bit concerned about safety at first, but seeing local children playing safely in the square right in front made me feel completely at ease.
Unlike the city centre, it’s not an area packed with restaurants, but there are pubs and convenience stores nearby, so even if you don't cook every day, you’ll easily manage without any problem.
I really enjoyed my stay."

"This is an exquisitely decorated and immaculate flat in central Oxford. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, the kitchen adequately stocked, and the location excellent. The back garden is small but a lovely space for a morning coffee. The flat itself is large, airy, and well designed. I would certainly stay here again."
