"We spent the days exploring the area (hikes, horseback riding, seeing lighthouses, exploring Portland etc.) and it was a nice place to come "home" to for my family (6 of us). We cooked a lot and the kitchen had everything we needed! It was a bit hotter while we were there (unseasonably I believe) and so we definitely used the window air conditioners. Overall the house was very comfortable for us, was clean and provided everything we needed! "

"This house was absolutely amazing! I booked a last minute weekend getaway and was pleasantly surprised by my stay. Everything we needed was already at the house. There were board games and even bikes in the garage! Lots of extra blankets and towels. The shower already had shampoo and conditioner as well. We didn't get a chance to use the sauna but the hot tub and fitness pool were so relaxing! I've been to a lot of houses where the hot tub is usually outside but this hot tub/fitness pool combo...

"We stayed here for the Prelude weekend and had a wonderful stay. It was a cozy and clean home with plenty of space for us to gather. The hot tub was perfect for our cold weekend. We had everything we needed to cook a meal at home which was great. I was impressed by the small touches for convenience like extra supplies, kids plates/silverware, a dog bed and water bowl, and games.The house is so convenient to downtown Kennebunkport, only a 5 minute drive. Chris was easy to communicate with and...

"The owners was easy enough to deal with and the location was great but the description is not accurate. There is no washer dryer and the fence is broken so no fences in yard. I would say the house was worn, a table leg fell out, the sprayer was broken, the bathtub needs to be caulked among other things. What bothered me most was there were locks on the outside of the bedroom doors so you could be locked into your room."

"This place was fabulous in all aspects. Spaciousness, amenities, seating area, dining area, proximity to rhe beach, beautiful sunrises - you name it, this place has it. It even had an elevator which was great for moving luggage and older people between the three floors. I almost forgot to mention the great communication with the owner."
