Discover Bungalow Wharf in Kennebunk: renovated home near Gooch's Beach & shops

Located in Lower Village, Kennebunk, just a few steps away from Dock Square and all it has to offer, including shops, restaurants, entertainment, and boating. This house was renovated at the beginning of 2020 and features a bright kitchen with updated appliances and Quartz countertops. The bathroom has been redesigned and updated with tiled floors and designer finishes. This home is also approximately 1 mile from Gooch's Beach, Mother's Beach, and Middle Beach. Enjoy the outdoor patio and fire-pit! (Wood provided)

This space has been renovated and specifically decorated to host nightly guests. The beds are equipped with cotton bedding and sheets. In addition, there are bath towels, as well as beach towels, available to our guests. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have. The entire property is reserved exclusively for our guests.

This vacation home will be available for weekly, weekend, and multiple weeknight rentals only.

•Linens provided for the king, queen & twin-size beds and the queen pullout couch (located in the living room).
•Towels, beach towels are always fresh.
•We have plenty of pillows to choose from.
•Kitchen with all necessary equipment needed to prepare meals and a dishwasher helps make clean up easy.
•Washer, dryer, and laundry detergent/dryer sheets are available for you to use and replenished for you.
•Internet and Spectrum Cable.
•Ductless, wall-mounted Air conditioning.
•Beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, and a cooler are provided.
•Pack 'n' Play as well as a high chair (booster with tray that attaches to a chair) on premises.

We had a great stay at the Bungalow Wharf. Excellent location. Very walkable to town. Great house with every thing you need. It was easy to make dinner, do a load of laundry after the beach, etc. Property manager was excellent. We would stay again.

Our Son and Daughter-in Law's Wedding week

The location was great. Parking was good. The back porch had a lot of leaves/tree debris, no cushions on the couches outside. Also, it was hard to see st night because there wasn't a spot light in the backyard. Due to this we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the porch or the yard. The inside was nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked but no toaster found. The bathroom had spiders - I'm terrified of them! The king size bedrooms bed was uncomfortable and very low which made it difficult to get out of especially for my husband who had back surgery in the past. Additionally, the week we stayed there was loud road construction with large trucks, jack hammers, etc. going on in front of the house which started at 7am...way too early for vacation/wedding - 8am would have been more tolerable. This construction created a large amount of traffic with delays making it difficult getting in and out of the driveway. This made timing for getting to scheduled wedding events stressful and uncertain. Prior notification would have been very helpful. After our stay, we contacted the host via the site to communicate all of this but didn't receive a response. Maybe compensation for the inconvenience would've made it all a little easier to tolerate. Having been a former vacation property owner who rented to folks, we know the expectations - it was disappointing to say the least. Needless to say the stay at the house wasn't all that enjoyable and at this point we wouldn't recommend!

Beautifully Remodeled Cottage Close to Town

This property exceeded our expectations with a beautifully remodeled layout, attractive decor, full amenities, thoughtful extras, all within a 5-minute walk to Kennebunkport. I highly recommend.
