Grandkid time

Grand- and grandma spent 3 fundilled days in Kelowna with our adult grand kids from AB.Fun packed 3 days, and they could enjoy their evenings out and about, close to everything…..without the old folks…

We had a really lovely stay at this property. It was relatively close to downtown, making it walkable. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating to any of our requests. I would recommend this property!

Great Suite in a Perfect Location

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend in Kelowna. We came with our dog and had great access in and out of the suite. Great location for dog walking. Very close to downtown and to the water. Excellent coffee shops within walking distance or very short drives. The suite was spotless and really well equipped. Excellent beds led to well-rested mornings. Excellent communication with the hosts. Truly seamless. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Brier Trip

The 2 bedroom suite was spacious and there were lots of towels and face cloths in the suite. Keurig coffee was supplied and this was appreciated.Was the perfect location close to downtown where the Brier was being held. Malcolm and Dana were easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly. Would recommend to anyone going to Kelowna to book this suite.

Great for a weekend getaway

Very spacious and homey stay. Close to many walking and biking paths, not to mention the lake! The hosts were very responsive and polite to deal with. My only feedback is there wasn't a super clear expectation on what was expected from us for checkout (what to clean, dishes, etc.).

Location, location, location

Kitchen was well appointed with pretty much everything you need for an extended stay. Having a washer/dryer in the apartment was extremely beneficial. And the beds were dreamy. Very comfortable and inviting after a long day. The only down side was with regards to pets. Although the unit itself was very pet friendly, the fenced in yard was not. And the dog park which was a couple of blocks away was in disrepair. (This of no fault of the host.) We did, however, find another off-leash park on the other side of town. Additionally, the host also owns 2 dogs and one of them is very yappy when left unattended. (We love dogs and were able to deal with the situation but it is something to consider). Our overall rating would be 4.5 but VRBO works with whole numbers (therefore a 5).

Room to Relax

The beds are comfortable with large bedrooms and a large sitting area. The kitchen is well stocked. the windows and lighting in the kitchen and living room area are nice and bright. The place was everything advertised. Not far from the beach. We would stay there again.

Skiing Big White

The host was very welcoming, we came in late and had a mix up with the neighbour as it's a duplex basement. The correct basement/property is on the righthand side. The only inconvenience was a lack of dishwasher which wasn't too bad for a short stay as the drying rack was large. The only other suggestion would be to have more outlets around the couch for charging devices. A lovely stay, centrally located, happy to recommend.

Kelowna quick visit

This was the best place we have ever stayed. Lots of fabulous small touches to make the stay more enjoyable. From having condiments in the fridge to bubble bath and coffee for the morning. The hosts were incredibly friendly. The beds were fabulously comfortable and the suite was immaculately clean. Being pet friendly was amazing and we would highly recommend. The location was close to downtown and easy to walk to the water. 10 out of 10!

Wonderful stay in Kelowna

Our few days at this house was very nice. The house is fully equipped and well situated at only 5 minutes from Okanagan lake and beach. Near lost of winery to visit. The owners, Dana and Malcom are very friendly people and it was nice talking with them. Thanks! Chantal - Orford, Québec.

Short Term Rental for Family Wedding

Place was as advertised. Clean basement suite in a convenient neighborhood. Had incorrect address, but owners were fantastic getting us to the right spot. Only used one bed, but it was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean, which in important to us. Did not cook many meals, but the kitchen necessities are included. Overall, very happy with the location, the suite, and the owners. Would recommend and stay again. Thanks!

Good location and hosts

The property is a good location to walk to beaches and parks and downtown within 10-15 minutes. The suite is spacious and has comfortable beds and a kitchen with everything you might need. The hosts offer many amenities that are very nice such as coffee, tea, sugar, laundry. We had a minor issue with the battery in the door lock and the hosts were very responsive and fixed it right away. The hosts keep in touch and are friendly but leave you to your own holiday. We took our small dogs with us and found a lot of pretty areas to walk them and explore nearby. There’s a wonderful dog beach within 10 minute walk.
