Two queen bedrooms give everyone a comfortable place to land, and the third bedroom having a pull-out sofa means you can host up to six without anyone feeling crowded.



After a day on the course or out exploring the Okanagan, fire up the BBQ on the private balcony, or head down to the shared pool and hot tub. Steps from the Okanagan Golf Club and only a short drive from wineries, UBCO, downtown Kelowna, and the lake.

Pinnacle Pointe is in Kelowna's Quail Ridge area, a quiet neighbourhood built around golf and easy access. You're steps to the Okanagan Golf Club (Bear and Quail courses), and right across from Kelowna International Airport - ideal for quick arrivals, early flights, or business trips. UBCO and everyday conveniences in the airport area are only a short drive away, and downtown Kelowna, the lake, wineries, and beaches are all within easy reach by car.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended to make the most of Kelowna and the Okanagan. The unit includes parking for 2 vehicles, with additional street parking nearby on a first come, first serve basis. It's a short drive to UBCO, groceries, restaurants, wineries, downtown, and the waterfront. Rideshare and taxis are also available, and being close to the airport makes arrivals and departures simple.



Other Things to Note:

Amenity availability: The pool, hot tub, and other shared amenities may be closed or unavailable from time to time due to maintenance or other reasons beyond our control. Notice is not always provided.



- Check-in closes at 11 PM. The intercom is the only way in, and it is not monitored after that time. If you cannot arrive before 11 PM, you must contact us at least 24 hours in advance to arrange access. Guests who arrive late without prior arrangement will not be able to enter and will need to secure their own accommodation for the night.

Damage Protection:

As a software-connected property management company, we require damage protection for all reservations to help keep operations running smoothly. You can choose between a smart damage waiver or a refundable security deposit.

1) Smart Damage Waiver - covers accidental damage up to $1,500. No deposit hold required.

or

2) Refundable Security Deposit ($1,500) - temporary hold, automatically released within 7 days after checkout, subject to inspection.



Note: The waiver covers accidental damage only. It does not cover smoking, intentional damage, negligence, policy violations, pet issues, or unregistered guests. In these cases, related costs may be charged to you in accordance with the booking platform's policies and our guest agreement.
