  • This one of a kind property is situated in the heart of Downtown Kelowna overlooking Lake Okanagan, City Park and Marina. It is located across from Kelowna's iconic sails sculpture downtown where all restaurants, marinas, boardwalk and beaches are right outside your door.

    The brand new and completely renovated apartment is ultra modern and tastefully designed with comfort in mind. Sip wine from the comfortable lake view patio or people watch from inside on the custom made window bench.

    From May 17 to September 2, the street that this apartment is located on will be exclusively pedestrian traffic only with a six meter walkway to Kelowna's best restaurants, patios, and shops. (Don't worry, access to your secure underground parking is still available.) The location just can't be beat!

    Ideal for a romantic getaway, or for the business traveller wanting a five star hotel experience while also enjoying the comforts of home. With a fully provisioned kitchen, luxurious bedding, and comfortable living room, just bring your suitcase and enjoy!

Fantastic location during the day. Lots of happenings down at the waterfront. Everything is walkable. It does get noisy at night though when the drunks head home from the bars.

Dave was really helpful, check in through check out, and we truly enjoyed our stay in his apartment. We took advantage of the convenience of being downtown, eating at wonderful restaurants within walking distance, renting ebikes from the vendor around the corner and visiting the local wineries. We hope to stay at Dave’s apartment again in the future!

Dave is a wonderful, responsive host of his beautiful Kelowna condo. We love just sitting on the balcony watching all the people walking and biking by while enjoying the beautiful view of the park and lake. Such an incredibly convenient location - we walked everywhere.The property is so beautifully designed, decorated and maintained. It was great being in a secured building with underground parking. The property is so well equipped with everything we needed.

An amazing condo!!! For us, location is everything, and this location is right in the middle of everything. We were able to walk everywhere and take morning and evening walks before we started and ended our day. This place has everything that you need to make your stay an enjoyable and memorable one. The communication with the host was excellent, always making sure that everything was okay and we had everything. The only issue, and it is a small issue, is the underground parking. There is not a lot of room to maneuver a vehicle, so if you have a large SUV or truck you may want to see if you can park it on the street. Otherwise, I highly recommend staying here while visiting Kelowna.

The condo, while small, was well appointed and equipped and very safe as it is a controlled access building with secure underground. parking It had everything we needed and more. The kitchen came equipped with several spices for cooking, teas, and more than enough coffee for our 5 day stay. Pretty much any small appliance you would need. Fantastic location. Across the street from the Waterfront park and boardwalk which was a constant hubbub of activity; and a short walk to many eateries, entertainment and the cultural district. Great view of the lake from the balcony. Dave responded immediately to any questions we had. We would gladly return and would highly recommend.
