This unique, one of a kind property is situated in the heart of downtown Kelowna, steps from Okanagan Lake and City Park. Literally a stones throw from the water, marina, and lush grounds with outdoor tennis, volleyball, basketball, water parks, playground, walking/biking paths, and dozens of eateries to choose from. Floor to ceiling windows span the entire front of this main floor condo, located in the heart of downtown. This large (1500 square ft) property is tastefully furnished throughout....and provisioned with everything you will need to have a comfortable stay.
The spacious outdoor patio is perfect for dining, lounging, or watching the evening sunset.

Lakefront Haven has absolutely everything you need for a relaxing stay in Kelowna - beautiful surroundings, comfortable beds and sitting areas, roomy, well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The check-in process was easy and I'm sure assistance from the property manager would have been prompt had we needed it. No reason not to stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Far from typical, this massive condo is beautifully decorated and has high end fixtures and appliances. Its view is cool, as you look across a private deck area of many thousands of feet, and out across a road to park and lake. Whole front of condo is windows so well lit but no glare or heat. There is no one above or below this unit so very private. As someone else mentioned, there is a bit of a throb sound above the second bedroom that might be irritating but we didn't use that room.. there is lot of construction in the downtown area in Kelowna and it can be heard at times, but I think less here than other places. We are already planning a return.visit.

This place was stunning. You couldn’t have asked for a better location. Beds were so comfy and both were king size. Spacious place. We really loved the patio space. They even had herbs on the patio that you could pick and use. Had everything we needed. Lois was friendly, informative and accommodating. Pundergeound parking on site. Highly highly recommend this place.

Great location overlooking the park and lake providing easy access to wherever and whatever you want to do. Walking distance to restaurants, bike hire and strolls around the lake. Beautifully appointed and comfortable apartment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Situated in the heart of Kelowna. Walking distance to some amazing little shops and restaurants and right across from harbour. Very impressed with the decorating! No shortage of supplies. A small incident with kids on the huge deck outside but was handled immediately by Lois (manager). Would definitely stay again!

Property was as described, well appointed, seamless and responsive communication with owner and property manager. The highlight is the properties proximity to the lake, shops, and restaurants. Unit is private with some construction just beyond patio area. A lovely urban space.

The property is beautiful, had everything we needed and was central. You are right downtown, across from City Park, close to restaurants, the beach, boat/kayak rentals etc. It can be a bit noisier as you are right downtown among the action.

We absolutely loved our stay at this perfectly located condo! Every morning we took long walks along the boardwalk and enjoyed the easy access to restaurants and bars. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable for our party of 2 couples. Our hosts were great to work with! We hope to come back!

Enjoyed a three night stay in this lovely condo. Condo is very clean, large and within walking distance of the many downtown bars and restaurants. It was exactly as depicted in the photos. Underground parking is very tight for anything other than a mid sized car, but was much appreciated. Laura was great to book with and Lois made check in very easy and comfortable. If you wish to be in the downtown area this is a great spot!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was very nicely decorated, clean, spacious and fully equipped with everything we might need. There was a leak in the ceiling when it rained but something I’m sure will be fixed. And at times when people in the building walked by it sounded like they were inside the unit so the walls were a bit thin but that was tolerable.

If you’re looking for upscale accommodations in a prime location downtown Kelowna, stop looking and just book! We are picky (high maintenance) travellers, and I’m struggling to come up with any negatives about this property. Overall, we would rate our stay 5 stars, with the exception of cleanliness being 4 stars. This said, the property was by no means subpar or not clean, however the balcony was covered in lots of broken glass, and one of the closets had the prior guests dirty sheets and towels tossed in the corner. Again, the property is so stunning and well kept that this was something we hardly even noticed! We would recommend this place to anyone, and would not hesitate to book it again. Thanks for a fabulous stay!

You cannot beat the location of this property! Panoramic views of the park, lake, and mountains from the enormous patio. Seconds to the marina and restaurants and easy access to the highway. The apartment was completely stocked with everything we needed and was incredibly clean and well kept. Pictures DO NOT do justice to the size of the apartment and patio area. The property is extremely secure; we never worried about our safety even though the apartment is at street level in a very busy area. If there is anything to complain about at all it would just be the occasional noise from the local restaurants and bars and the bright lights outside on the patio area (which is a plus on the side of security anyway) Laura and Lois were attentive and gracious hosts. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!
