    The living area offers comfortable seating arranged to encourage conversation, while a Smart TV provides entertainment for relaxed evenings. From nearly every angle, lake and mountain views become part of the experience — morning coffee feels elevated, and sunset gatherings take on a golden glow unique to the Okanagan.

    The remaining four bedrooms each offer queen beds and private bathrooms, ensuring every guest enjoys personal space and convenience. Ideal for multi-generational families or groups of couples, the layout eliminates the need to share bathrooms — a rare and valued feature for larger stays.

    Across all three levels of the home, the bedroom placement provides thoughtful separation between social areas and rest spaces, allowing early risers and night owls to coexist comfortably.

    For evenings indoors, the dedicated theater room transforms movie night into an immersive experience. Featuring a projector system and sound bar, the space comfortably seats up to eight guests.

    A mini putting green adds a playful touch for casual recreation — a simple pleasure that brings guests together between swims and sunset conversations.

    Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire home and backyard during their stay, including pool, hot tub, theater room, laundry facilities, and all living areas. The property is fully fenced for privacy and comfort.

    Self check-in is provided via secure keypad entry for a seamless arrival experience.

    Seasonal Suite Occupancy Notice

    Please note that from September through the end of April, a private lower-level suite may be occupied by a family member of the homeowners. The suite has a completely separate entrance and is fully self-contained. The occupant does not have access to any guest areas, including the backyard, pool, hot tub, garage, or any interior portions of the home offered as part of this listing.

    Guest privacy is carefully maintained, and occupants and guests will not share any indoor or outdoor living spaces.

    During the summer months (May through August), the suite is unoccupied. In certain circumstances, guests may be able to request access to the suite for additional space, subject to availability and prior approval. Please contact us before booking or prior to arrival if you would like to inquire about this option.

    For added security and neighborhood respect:

    -Exterior security cameras monitor entrances and perimeter areas only.
    -A noise monitoring system measures decibel levels (no audio recording) to maintain a peaceful environment.

    25. Wear life jackets for boating and water activities.
