Situated in Kelowna in the British Columbia region, with Tugboat Bay - Waterfront Park and Kelowna City Park nearby, Kelowna Discovery features accommodation with 2 free private underground parking, as well as access to an indoor swimming pool, the accommodation has a outdoor pool, a hot tub and a sauna.

The air-conditioned units are luxury furnished and feature a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, wardrobe, a living room, an equipped kitchen, private balcony patio with views over the lake. There is a fully equipped shared bathroom with shower and a hairdryer.

At the apart-hotel guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub and pool steps away from your own private access door to the roof top amenities located on the 3rd floor.

We were there for a working session. The space is beautiful and well stocked with plenty of private space for everyone. Loved having coffee on the deck overlooking the water!

Great condo in a great location but needs a good clean up

It pains me not to give this condo 5 stars as it is truly a nice condo, spacious and convenient, with a perfect location, a brand new washer and dryer, parking close to the unit, and easy access to a community pool that we really enjoyed using. However the condo simply needs a good clean. The floors were quite dirty, especially in the bathrooms, and the bathroom cabinets and drawers need cleaning. It would also have been nice to have the hand soaps filled (the bottles were all almost empty) and usually these rentals have soap bottles filled and little extras like cleanex boxes etc. Especially at his price point I would expect that to be done. But really the main issue is that it did not feel clean, and that really took away from what would otherwise have been such an amazing condo- and this is very unfortunate! Thankfully it is an easy fix and I would encourage the owners to have it cleaned thoroughly between guests or change cleaning companies and pay attention to having hand soaps filled, as then it really will be great!

This place is beyond phenomenal. Location to all the near by shops and boardwalk is a great perk. This place was impeccable. Spacious and modern. With the pool just steps away the boys enjoyed every minute. We enjoyed many night on the patio and enjoy the view and people watching. Great place and you won’t be disappointed.

Recent Stay

We recently stayed at this property and found the layout to be good for a family, location to be very close to the lake, and this unit very handy to the pool. Although described as a luxury townhouse, we found a few deficiencies upon check in, e.g., insufficient towels and bathroom toiletries, light bulbs burned out in strategic areas, some common kitchen utensils unavailable, bbq not fully working, and dirty carpets. While the owner was quick to respond to some of these deficiencies, we would have expected a luxury rental to be better prepared and checked over, and clean prior to a guest’s arrival. We also recommend that future guests carefully document any noticeable damage upon arrival.

We paid significantly more than other similar units in this building and the carpets were absolutely filthy. It’s a nice unit but needs to be professionally cleaned to justify the astronomical price compared to other units in the building.

Best vacation property!

Our property was beautifully furnished, executive grade not hotel grade. It has a beautiful large deck that overlooks the lake. Our host answered all our questions, was friendly, promptly responded to fix a minor issue, the condo had spacious rooms and was well equipped! Beds were extremely comfy and sheets very soft. Underground parking was steps to the entrance of our condo. It was very convenient to have access to the outdoor pool from the second floor. A very luxurious waterfront property!!!
