You can spend your days around town, with many fine beaches for the day and a great variety of dining and partying options for your evenings.
You combine all the perks of staying in an actual city while missing nothing the rest of the island has to offer.
This spacious loft with a great view of the bay is the place.
We made great efforts in 2025 to renovate our loft apartment into a modern and spacious haven. We spared no expense and personal work to make sure we provide you with a beautiful, relaxing space for an amazing vacation experience.

Sizing around 80sqm (870sqft), it consists of one bedroom, a living room with attached kitchen and the bathroom. There is also a large balcony to sit, relax and enjoy the view of the bay and the city below.

The living room is a very nice, minimal and modern space to sit and relax, with a large sofa that converts to a full double bed. There is also a wide screen 55” TV.
Attached to it there is the kitchen with normal size fridge, a full sized oven/stove and all the essentials you might need if you feel like making breakfast or cooking a meal (kettle, toaster, coffee machine, pots, pans, utensils etc).

The bedroom is very spacious and equipped with a queen size bed. There is a wardrobe to store your clothes, a body mirror and small vanity.
Finally, the bathroom is a regular bathroom, with a shower. There is also a washing machine in here.
Ideal for couples, this large, one-bedroom apartment is in a quiet neighborhood in the upper part of town.
You can access the whole city by foot:
It is a 5’ walk to closest supermarket.
You can walk to downtown city center that spans from DeBosset Bridge all along the seafront. Here you can find many more supermarkets, groceries, bakeries and fresh produce markets, banks and ATMs for your cash needs and also many café or restaurants.
Lithostroto – a pedestrian street about a mile long parallel to the seafront hosts the main commercial activity of the city. The place to go for all your general shopping: clothing, jewelry, souvenirs and much more.
All of that is no more than 10’ walk from the apartment.
You can also walk to Argostoli Central Bus Station if you decide to use buses to visit other parts of the island.
There is an intra-city bus that goes around town and towards the Lassi area where are many beaches, restaurants and bars. There is a stop for it at about 5’ walk from the apartment.
You can always use taxis, rent a car or a scooter to get around. You can go to Lassi even on foot, it is a nice walk and no more than 15’.
