"Overall I was very satisfied and thought it was a great little studio for a working professional. My one complaint, and communicated to the property owner, was the window AC unit filter was extremely dirty. Didn't impact it working, but not a good look. She was responsive, though I didn't request action as I just cleaned myself. Pic is of bathroom exhaust that gives a idea of AC. "The tiny farmhouse was perfect for a quick little get away for my husband and me. It was a bit difficult to get to but the host gave great directions. Other than the rooster waking us up at 5 am, everything was great!!! "
