"It was good option for us - 5 mins walk to the seafood restaurants and near the airport. We booked 4 nights in standard room but upgraded to improved room next day - and it was very worth it, as the other room was newly refurbished and had new furniture. It was pretty clean 'in Bali standarts' with cool aircon. Breakfast options are nice (we liked the pancakes). We didn't use the pool here but booked scooter at reception. The staff are friendly and helpful."

"Dion and your restaurant staff were lovely. However your property needs a major renovation. Simple things like new towels, bedsheets, milk pods in the frig etc would make a difference. I realise that you are a budget hotel but at the moment you are a very ordinary budget hotel. You could be a GREAT budget hotel. Floors were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, no spare toilet rolls., one elevator didn't work. THANK YOU"

"we stayed for 3 nights in a deluxe room. The hotel staff was delightful. There was a seperate concierge for our building - his name was Rian. he was so helpful and welcoming. He always greeting us and giving us towels at the pool and checking if we needed to order food. He made usfeel special. the deluxe rooms didn't have a lot of room for luggage. We had 4 bags plus2 carry on, so it felt a bit cramped, but other than tgat it was great. the fridge was stocked with drinks & snacks that...
