"Due to a maintenance issue, the owners contacted me about what was going on with the property. They went above & beyond as host & hostess to set us up in another property they own. We were informed about the issue & treated like royalty as the owners resolved the situation by thinking about their customers first. The owners were trying to get to the Airport but made time to handle everything without any delays. We will be staying with them again, and hopefully it will be at the treehouse...

"This was a wonderful stay! The home was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable, and the shower pressure was perfect! We enjoyed some time on the deck, but we didn’t need to use the fire pit (the weather was nice). It was a short drive to restaurants. The owners responded quickly to our questions (simple things like streaming passcodes). We would love to come back when we are in Shreveport. Exceeded our expectations!"

"My son loved the decor! He read the books & studied the pics. The shower was stopped when they tried, but manager sent a plumber quickly. The little things that you use/need every day were there: bag clips, scissors, shampoo, lotsa towels, KLEENEX, coffee & your type pots! We needed them all.
