"I stayed at the hotel overnight with my wife and two-year-old child. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and even helped carry our luggage to the room. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and modern – we couldn’t fault it in any way. The only downside was the AeroLounge, where breakfast is currently ordered from different nearby restaurants, and there wasn’t a menu available. Hopefully, this is something that will be improved in the near future."

"We loved our three days in Eighth Bastion. The room was beautiful with a pool-side balcony complete with roof fan. Nice pool with umbrella shading, food was great, esp. breakfast dosa & pancakes, location is excellent, and above all, the staff are super-friendly and helpful."

"Friendly, helpful staff. Good location. Room had a good view, includes fridge, plenty of storage & quiet enough to sleep. Door has a peep hole cover and a strong door bolt in addition to the lock! Please include small hand towels, hangers in cupboard. Pre-set TV channels & provide only 1 remote. No one has time to decipher TV settings. "

"From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, courteous, and highly professional. Every interaction—from front desk to housekeeping—was marked by genuine smiles and a willingness to help. The food at the in-house restaurant was simply outstanding. The breakfast buffet had a great variety—Indian, Continental, and healthy options. Eventhough it was short stay with them I will be looking forward to come back ."
