Guests have full and private access to the entire apartment during their stay. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send a detailed digital guidebook. It includes everything you need to know, from how to enter using the lockbox to tips on using the amenities. The guide is designed to make your stay easy and comfortable.



The Neighborhood:

Marshall Gudauri is located in Gudauri, just a 3-minute walk (300 meters) from the Main Lift. Enjoy easy access to the slopes and explore nearby dining options, cafes, and Georgian restaurants. Grocery stores are also conveniently located. Experience the friendly atmosphere, stunning views of the Caucasus Mountains, and local shops.



Getting Around:

Moving in and out of Marshall Gudauri is pretty straightforward. You’ve got several ways to travel nearby, and finding a parking spot isn’t an issue. The area’s central bus point is within easy reach and links you with Tbilisi and other parts of Georgia. A drive to Tbilisi Airport usually takes about 2 hours. Local taxis are easy to catch, and some ride-hailing apps may be available as well. Feel free to check locally for the most up-to-date transport options.



Other Things to Note:

• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A fine will be applied if this rule is broken.

• Please take out all trash before check-out to keep the place tidy for the next guests.

• We provide a starter set of toiletries. For anything extra, shops are nearby.

• Report any damages right away. Costs may apply for repair or replacement.

• If you have any issues or need help, contact us. We value respectful communication and kind reviews.

• Utility outages (water, electricity, gas) may happen in Georgia and are outside our control. We kindly ask that this is not reflected in reviews.

• During heavy snow or severe weather, some services like linen delivery or logistics may be delayed. We appreciate your patience.
