"Cool, urban design throughout the hotel. Everything looks really good. Many staff I encountered seemed stressed or just not particularly friendly or interested. On the last night, there was a lot of noise in the corridors and then in the room above mine, until abut 1:30am. Some guests were having a party. I did call to reception to ask them to intervene, and it quietened down a half hour or so later."

We stayed there first one night, and then we had booked one night at Radisson Blu Hotel on the other side of the river, but we had a very disappointing experience at Radisson Blu, and decided to stay the third night at Radisson RED Hotel where we received an upgrade as a returning guest.
