"Great option for a weekend of skiing at Mt. Erciyes! We came with a group of kids and adults and everyone was happy. The hotel is lovely, with a nice pool and spa, an excellent kids club (though it is closed on Sundays), good quality rental equipment, and great ski instructors. Our room was spacious and well equipped with nice views. Breakfast was fantastic and dinner was good as well, with lots of options at both meals. Compared to some of the other hotels at Erciyes the price was also...

"The hotel is in the downtown. It is in the closed or covered old market area of Kayseri. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. The hotel is excellent."

"Zumrut is just a stone throw away from the main slope and gondler. They have their own ski equipment shop at the main gate. Food wise is a bit limited but adequate. The staff are really friendly and helpful and our rooms where clean. In terms of facilities there isn't much and the hotel isn't in the same class as others along this strip, but it is excellent value for money. "

"We stayed 3 nights at the Grand Wyndham Kayseri and we really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is very nice, great location, the bedroom is spacious. The staff were friendly, free parking, free use of the swimming pool. Only complain is that the price of drinks at the roof top bar are excessive… 11 euros for a small bottle of water and a tea!!!...Be aware that Hotels.com advertises this hotel as being on the doorstep of the ski slopes, and that isn’t true, Erciyes Ski resort is 25 min away by car...
