"Booked a double room for our 9 hour layover in Singapore. You definitely are paying for convenience - the cost for a 6 hour stay was pricey. Came to my surprise when we arrived at check in that we had to pay an additional S$70 for a third adult in our double room - which they said they would bring extra amenities for and didn’t.
