Stayed here again, and it was absolutely perfect! Outstanding experience as always—easily the best guesthouse in the area. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtful in every detail. Highly recommended to everyone!"

"Steps away from the heart of Akihabara, immediately greeted by the friendliest staff and nerdy, but cute and endearing decor.
The hotel has some space for holding luggage, but ask ahead so they can prepare!
If you want to pretend like you actually live in Japan, this is the perfect place for you! Apartment style accommodations, and enough room for suitcases in your room. Plenty of space if you don’t have a third on the couch!
Bathroom and shower / laundry is in the unit, separated by rooms....

"A great place for a great price. Lately hotels in Tokyo are abusively expensive. This place had a reasonable price for us. It had also quick access to 2 train stations and on a walk able distance to Sky tree. The entrance of my apartment had a weird smell but the rest of the room was clean and mostly looked like new. I recommend this place to stay with family or friends."

"We liked the proximity to the train station and in walking distance to central Shinjuku and Koreatown. It's in a residential neighborhood very close to the trains. The noise wasn't bad, but sometimes noise from residents on the streets below could be a bother. The lack of a front desk and person was strange but we got used to it, and the staff were responsive. Our space was good for a family of four but there wasn't much room for luggage and the spaces were small for anyone with a bigger frame....

"Place is in a relatively good location, one straight road/path and then a left (easy for tourists to remember) from Shinjuku Station - Place was exactly as described & the check-in/out process was simple!
The host has amazing communication, both prior too and during my stay (was very clear on what to expect on arrival, provided clear instructions of any rules/processes required).
I’d say the host went above and beyond for the cleaning process (as where I live we only use one bin for mostly...
