"We had to stay one night in Ourzozate in our way to Marakech. Badr was the reception and he is nice and helpful in any ways. He did his best to make our stay great. The apartment is in great condition and a cafe next to it. We had dinner and breakfast over there. We enjoyed our meals. "

"We arrived late (@11pm) by car. We were tired, hungry, and just plain worn out! As soon as we arrived we were immediately helped with luggage and shown to our room. The kitchen had already closed but the manager made us a plate with bread, olives, and salad with a bottle of wine! It was fantastic! The house we rented was so clean and comfortable with a small kitchen and living room. The grounds were beautiful and the staff was so friendly. I would highly recommend this beautiful property! "Sehr schönes Hotel mit nur wenigen Zimmern und tollem, persönlichem Service. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, das Bett für meinen Geschmack etwas gar hart. Leckeres Frühstück mit persönlichem Service. Wir haben eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht und würden es wiederum in Betracht ziehen."

"A good spot for a short stay. It’s about a 5-minute walk to the actual premises after check-in at the reception, but the porter assists with luggage, so it’s not a big deal. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even bringing Moroccan tea to our room after we got back from our dinner, which was a nice touch!"

"Veggene på badet var ikke rene, men toalettet og vasken var bra! Rommet ellers var greit med kjøleskap og vindu, men men AC lagde så mye lyd at ørepropper var nødvendig. De ansatte gjorde ikke mer enn de måtte. "

"The rooms are good but their service is poor. Charging $700 per night, they don't even replenish the items in the room on daily basis - coffe pods, shampoo, other basic things. Reception staff does not speak or understand English which was very difficult to us to communicate "

"We really enjoyed our stay. It is like an oasis in the desert. Very nice peaceful atmosphere, very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Children friendly, lovely swimming pool, outdoor gym, places to relax. Room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. If you hire a car and look for some quiet place away from busy town, this is definitely the best option."

"Great place to stop, excellent food and nice views from the pool area."

"L'oasis de fint est magnifique. A l'auberge on vous accu eille avec le sourire. Le decor est magnifique la terrasse sur le toit une merveille. Les chambres sont simples mais très confortable. "

"Service, hospitality, staff were excellent. Mohammad, Yassin, The chef, & and the third server were warm, attentive and accommodating to our dietary needs. Few flaws of this property- this property is in a remote location, deep inside the village. Few rooms, particularly the nearest rooms to the office at the ground floor and the one at the top floor, smelled terrible. Not sure if the smell was related to the cleaning supplies used or the old wood furniture or unwashed area rugs in the room. "
