"They were fast to collect money , but I did not get to stay . My family and I had to buy another hotel to stay last minute . Received a text from them to say owner has changed number and cannot be contacted . Beware of SCAMS here . VRBO will not resolve the case on behalf which is worse ."

"The shower was great the room nice and clean. The front desk was very nice checking in and out. They were nice and gave us a late check out. Only improvement i would suggest is that the bed is a little to firm (not uncomfortable, but not comfortable either)"

"Love everything about it. I get everything as described with the mountains view. Close to walking distance for places we wanted to go like food, massage etc. Nice n clean. We weren’t able to check in any earlier than 3pm, but they held our luggages so was ok. We went shopping and came back at 5pm to check in. The office for check in was quite a walk too that would be the only downfall. Not check in at the hotel building. But ok for us. Was just tired. Ok overall..love the hotel n space itself....

"Ants all over the beds. Very poor higiene Staff was concerned to just get additional money. They even were insisting to pay the Tourism Tax which was included in prepaid tariff and as per Expedia confirmation email. VERY DIRTY AND UNFRIENDLY PLACE "
