"Night staff was great! Very friendly, gave us a one hour late checkout so we could shower after a soccer game. Breakfast was okay. This is the first property we've ever went to that doesn't have breakfast potatoes and as we're vegan we tend to rely on that for our morning meal. We did call ahead and were told you did have them so that was troublesome. The soy milk helped so thank you for that. "

"The property is lovely and cute and the rooms are clean, comfortable and warmly decorated. The only observation is that there is no lobby so check in was a little confusing. After check in, there is no more interaction with hosts. However instructions are posted clearly around the room."

"My long distance bestie and I wanted a place right next to Mt. Rainier National Park so we could get there first thing in the morning. We went during April (shoulder season) and were fortunate to have incredible weather. The lodge room we stayed in was absolutely adorable, and the restaurant on site had incredible Ukrainian food for dinner. We didn't have the chance to utilize the other features available for booking (like the cannibal hot tub) but they were tempting enough that I would love to...

"Office staff was very nice and changed our room since Expedia gave me a smoking room. Otherwise it wasn’t a very good stay, beds were rock hard and super noisy, towels tiny and no toiletries in the bathroom. Parking wasn’t great either and stairs looked like they were going to fall apart."

"The room had ants- at least a dozen or more, housekeeping left a clump of hair in the toilet as well as failed to reset my amenities after each day. I got moved to another room as a last ditch effort to make sure that I had a place to sleep without ants... But the experience was far from ideal and although local staff did their best, the management team was never on site and never contacted me back directly. I'm livid.
