Welcome to our Sunset Hale Retreat - Ko'olina Beach Villa. Steps to the pool and beach!

Amazing beachfront condo in the Ko'Olina resort overlooking swimming pool with beautiful pool and sunset views! Pristine residence features spacious living area and lanai with pocket sliding doors. Enjoy home cooked meals in your gourmet kitchen with island granite countertops, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. Property includes two swimming pools, whirlpool spas, fitness center, barbeque grills, landscaped gardens with koi pond and beach bar.

The primary bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, the secondary bedroom includes a queen-size bed, and we have also added two brand-new Thomasville armchairs that fold out into comfortable twin-size beds. The unit can accommodate up to 6 (six) guests.

Gated Secure Building, Elevators, FREE High-Speed Internet Access (bring own computer), Air Conditioning, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Wine fridge, Cooking Utensils provided, Linens provided, brand new smart TVs in all rooms, Washer and Dryer, Pools & Jacuzzis (shared), and Ihilani Spa or Disney Aulani Resort & Spa for massage treatments and pampering right next door.

Owners also provide many extras not included in other rentals such as beach chairs, beach cart, boogie boards, beach towels, snorkel equipment, brand new smart TVs in all rooms, bidet in master bath, rice maker, coffee pot, blender, etc.

This unit is located on the 5th floor of the Ocean Tower.

Please note reservations made after October 1, 2023 will incur a one time parking registration fee of $25 which covers the duration of your stay. This will be payable to the front desk at check in.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This was my third stay at the Beach Villas and I still love it! It’s quiet and peaceful. It’s walking distance to restaurants and shopping. It has a calm lagoon, several pools and spas. It has a path along the ocean for beautiful walks and ocean breezes. What it doesn’t have are lots of crowds causing overcrowded pools and noise and congestion. The condos are perfect for a wonderful stay!

Great place. Great amenities such as high end appliances, washer/dryer and lots of beach gear. It would be nice if someone came to mop mid week and launder towels but other than that, great property!!! Close to amazing restaurants and market. Quiet and safe.

The unit was just as advertised. No surprises. It was clean and had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay away in Oahu. The lagoons are beautiful and we enjoyed the sunset from the private beach. Would love to come back.

We enjoyed our stay at the villas at Ko Olina. The accommodations were wonderful. The resort staff was very helpful, respectful and polite. The only downside was that we were not able to pick the unit we wanted to stay in. The website would not allow us to do that so we couldn’t see where our location was going to be. I would recommend VRBO make edits to the website so that people Can choose their unit location, i.e. beachfront or otherwise. Maria was a wonderful host and very responsive to questions and needs. The unit was in excellent condition. I would recommend this resort to anyone.

Loved our stay- wish it could have been longer

We love beach villas. This is our second visit. Love location and short walking distance to beach. Love that stores - Costco Safeway, Down to Earth Walmart are so close. We prefer to do our own cooking. This condo is showing some age - but Maria quickly addressed my questions or concerns. Son used the gym. We used hot tub after ocean swimming. Loved the sunsets.

Loved our time there!

Our stay started with a small problem-one of our rooms was not made up. Maria was amazingly responsive and took care of it immediately. She called in a second cleaning crew, bought and laundered new sheets for the bed, and gave us a bag of coffee and a bottle of prosecco to make up for it. She went above and beyond! The unit was beautiful and clean. We will definitely book again. Thank you Maria!

Absolutely no upkeep on this villa. Marks all over the walls. Holes in the bed sheets. Total of two clean bath towels in master bathroom. Empty bottle of cascade was left under the kitchen sink upside-down. Broken trashcan in the kitchen.

Amazing

The condo was everything we could have asked and more. After driving all over the island, we won't stay anywhere else if we come back. It was clean, and had plenty of space for 4 adults. Family friendly, felt safe, but didn't seem anywhere near as crowded as the neighboring resorts. The pools were gorgeous, easy access to the beach, and the tiki bar by the pools was great. The washer and dryer are mini ones and as such, the dryer doesn't do a great job, but we packed way more clothes than we needed anyway. Maria was very easy to reach when we got here, and I have no doubt if we had needed her at any point she would have been right there. If you are looking for a place to stay on Oahu, I can't recommend here enough!.

This propert is 10/10. Maria was extremely responsive and easy to deal with. Check in and parking were a breeze. The property exceeded my expectations. There is everything you need to get started. Target is a 10 min drive and there is a shopping area walking distance as well. The pools are lovely. (Those with kids be mindful- the quiet pool is no joke about being quiet.) The lagoon pool is awesome and gets more sun. The beach is wonderful. If you aren’t into the busy big city feel of Waikiki, this is the perfect place to stay. I would highly recommend Maria’s property to anyone who is on the fence. We will certainly be back!
