"We had problems with the door lock but it was rectified. The room needed a deep clean especially the air conditioner and the area around it. The air conditioner was not in a good location. It blew directly on the bed and the person laying on that side was uncomfortable especially as the a/c had a musky smell."

"It was my first time in Hawaii and I don’t think I could have ended up at a better spot. I was taking a course which was only a 2 minute walk. Every morning they have fresh lemon water for you to fill your water bottle, the room was very cute with an amazing view. AC works well, only downside is side is it blows right on you all night. "Building wise, it is a very convenient location, easy to walk to lots of places including the beach. The rooftop pool/hot tub/cornhole area was really nice, too. The elevators are extremely slow in the building though there are signs posted that they are working on upgrading them.
