The building is a hi-rise resort centrally located in the heart of Waikiki.
NO RESORT FEES. Our condo is a one-bedroom unit, not a studio. Included are ONE FREE ASSIGNED PARKING, FREE WIFI, NETFLIX, YOUTUBE, FREE BEACH ITEMS, LOCAL and INTERNATIONAL CALLS!
Beaches, shops, restaurants, & entertainment are all just a short walk away.
The famous International Market Place, a world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment destination featuring a curated mix of upscale and lifestyle brands, and the first Saks Fifth Avenue in Hawaii, Target Store, Nordstrom Rack, Ross Dress For Less. McDonald's, Starbucks, Waikiki Trade Center, and Duty-Free Shop, DFS Galleria are just a few steps away
Popular Waikiki Beach, Waikiki Shopping Plaza, and Waikiki Beach are within walking distance.
There are plenty of small ABC grocery stores all around to cut down on the cost of eating out.
The tour bus pick-up is just around the corner.
You can catch the trolley, which is just a block away.
Another way to get around Waikiki and far beyond is by renting a bike at the Biki Bike share station. There is one located on the left side of the building
Royal Hawaiian Center, the premier shopping, dining, and entertainment destination in Waikiki along a three-block stretch of Waikiki's famed Kalakaua Avenue, is just a block away. The Center has more than 100 shops and restaurants to excite every taste! Complimentary music, hula, and cultural classes are available in the Royal Grove. It is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM and beyond with late-night rendezvous hot spots. Some great activities are published in the Royal Hawaiian shopping guidebook, so make sure you check this out. There are Ukulele lessons (ukuleles are provided), lei making, and some children's activities.
Often, you will be walking past, and there will be some shows of traditional Hawaiian music, and it's great to stop by and have to listen/watch.

The building has its own free, secured, assigned garage.
The lobby has a 24-hour front desk. The keyless entry security tag is necessary to enter the elevators from the lobby and garage.
The bus stops out front, and the city bus lines can take you to Ala Moana Shopping Center, Hanauma Bay, around the island, and to breathtaking places on the spectacular island
Enjoy greater privacy as the bedroom with 2 queen-size beds is separated from the living room with a door and not a sliding wood panel or accordion type. This corner unit has 2 window sides and is larger than this type of one-bedroom unit. The bathroom is outside the bedroom, and the vanity sink is separated from the rest of the bathroom. Enjoy the room air conditioners, tropical ceiling fans, and large flat-screen satellite televisions in both the living room and bedroom. There are 2 queen-size beds in the bedroom and a queen pull-out sofa bed in the living room.
While other units charge the daily rental rate for the use of beach items, we offer our guests free use of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, beach towels, and ice coolers with wheels

Very clean and well kept property. Needs a little updating but everything is working well. Free parking indoor is a bonus I’m very happy about it. Our car is surely safe. I saw there is a pool but we haven’t had the time to use it. I would really recommend this place to my friends in Canada. It’s definitely close to everything, esp Waikīkī beach. Big thanks to our host Edna.

Edna is a superhost! She listened to our concerns and requests and made the space comfortable for us. Upon arrival, there was a playpen set out for my toddlers to use and Bluey on the TV which my kids were very excited to see! There was a pest concern but not much could be done as it has nothing to do with the space itself which is SPOTLESS but the building is apartment style so waking up to the occasional bug in the sink coming out of the garbage disposal & showing up behind the toilet is to be expected. The location of the condo is perfect walking distance to everything imaginable in Waikiki. Plus, you can't be free parking in an area where parking spaces are a luxury that typically cost 60 a night.

Awesome place! Great location; I mean, you can’t find any better place than this one in specific! the heart of O’ahu…Terrific! The host Edna was an amazing host, she gave us all the little details for the best places around town, for food, activities, entertainment, etc. Apartment had everything we needed as we stayed with kids and were able to make them their meals. If you are looking to stay with your family this is the Place!!!

A nice little place if you're on the go during your trip

The apartment had a great location, just a few minutes walk to Waikiki Beach and lots of shopping in the area. It worked well for our family of four but I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to spend a lot of time in the apartment as there is not much sitting room. If you plan to be out and about a lot then it's perfect. It was also fantastic that they provided beach chairs and boogie boards for us to use. My son's and I had a lot of fun trying to use the boards.

Honolulu gem!

An absolutely fantastic experience for our family vacation. The property is located a block off of Kalākaua Ave, with shops, restaurants and the beach a few minutes walk away. The space is well appointed, including a pleasant living room with a fold-out couch, TV, and a private balcony accessed via sliding glass doors that boast a great view of Waikiki. The bedroom has two comfortable beds. A kitchenette is stocked with plenty of cups/dishes/appliances/etc. Beach chairs, boogie boards and a cooler are available for use. Everything was clean and comfortable. There is a private parking space in a gated garage. Access to the building includes a security desk and a resident-access-only elevator. The building has washer/dryer available, and an outdoor pool available for use. Owner was extremely friendly, welcoming, responsive and accommodating--Edna, you're the best! Honestly, a pretty perfect experience from start to finish. We will be looking to book this property again for our next trip!

Wonderful

First time booking through VRBO and everything was perfect. Edna was incredibly communicative and helpful. The property was safe and well secured. Free parking onsite was great, nearly impossible to find free parking in Waikiki. We travel to Oahu 2-3 time's a year and this is a great location. Restaurants, bars, Target, Starbucks and the beach are all within a close walking distance. The condo was well maintained and clean. Laundry was available on the 7th floor. Overall 10/10 experience, would definitely stay again. 100% recommend.

Great price Great location

This place was a great price for the location and perfect for what we needed and Edna, the host, was amazing. It is an older building so it had its quirks BUT the place was perfect for our trip and again the price was amazing for it's location! Warning it is a little loud in this area at night if you sleep lightly, but it didn't bother us really just made for some good laughs. It was me, my husband, and our 18 and 21 year old kids and it worked out great for us! We loved being able to walk everywhere around Waikiki and pop back to the condo whenever we wanted and have a FREE parking spot that was huge! Thank you Edna for everything!

Mini Family Reunion

Thanks Edna for opening up your place for VRBO renter. The location is perfect. Right in the middle of Waikiki city. Great restaurants and shopping stores are within walking distance. My family members love it. We only stayed for 3 nights. Just right to experience Waikiki. We’d recommend this place.

Family vacation

Condo is conveniently located near the restaurants, shops, and beach. Building is very secure and having parking included was helpful but the parking spot is on a higher level and you have to take the elevator back to the ground level to access the building. Figuring out how to get to the room the 1st night was a little confusing but maybe it was just us. There is a very nice security guard always on duty and will answer questions. The host does send a pretty detailed welcome email with the info. The laundry room was big so we didn’t have to wait for machines just be sure to have quarters (security desk has rolls you can buy). The host is very responsive and helpful. Was a little bit of a bug problem but she did address it quickly. The space is cozy but worked for our family of 3 (2 adults and 1 16 yr old) plus we didn’t plan on staying inside much. The kitchen has most of the basics if you plan on cooking which is what we did. We didn’t use the pool or other facilities besides the laundry room. Because you are in the heart of everything it can be a bit noisy on the streets below so if you have trouble sleeping with city noise you might not get very restful sleep. overall we would probably stay here again if we had a chance to visit Honolulu.

Wonderful stay

The location of the condo was wonderful, just a short walk to the beach and shops. We traveled with our grandchildren and amenities was a must. They really enjoyed the pool and access to a bbq. Also having a parking space available included in the price was amazing as parking can get spendy. The room was clean and had plenty of space for both us and the grandkids. We would definitely stay here again

Fantastic stay!

Everything out our stay was fantastic! Check in was easy. The condo was perfect for our family if 5. It was great having a kitchen in the condo. The Beach toys and free parking were both a huge plus. My kids loved the pool at the condo. It was walking distance to tons of great restaurants and the beach. If we ever make it back to Oahu, we will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!
